About	Melvin Leonard Jones, Jr., affectionately known as Mele Mel, passed away suddenly on February 24, 2021, at the age of 39 years. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on January 22, 1982. He was a loving son of Melvin Leonard Jones, Sr. and Sheila Graham; Brother of Taniasha Peterson and her husband Jackie L. Peterson, Jr.; Uncle of Dejalynn Peterson (The prettiest girl in the world), Jackie L. Peterson, III and DeAndre A. Peterson to all he sang to be loved. His most priceless joy was God and his princess Nina Rose Jones. Also a host of family and friends. Melvin had many interests, but many will remember him as an artist and songwriter whose passion was to minister the word of God through Christian Hip-Hop. He was a true lover of Christ whose authenticity and conviction were evidenced in his music. Melvin has a positive influence on those he met, and he touched countless lives. He lived a life, a purpose and had a genuine heart for others. His memory will forever be in our hearts.
