Age 70, of Bethel Park, passed away surrounded by his loving family on January 13, 2019. Joseph is survived by his beloved two brothers, Gary L. Koziak and Raymond J. (Bonnie R.) Koziak; his niece, Melissa Paulos; and nephew, Michael Koziak; and his trusted friend, Robert Hoffman. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael S. Koziak and mother, Rose M Koziak.
