| About Me | Moved to Boston to be a nanny until April of 1989. Joined the Air Force for 4 years - stationed in Las Vegas. Spent 9 months in Saudi Arabia during the first Gulf War eons ago. Moved to Hawaii, and began cooking at Planet Hollywood in Honolulu. After 2 years in Hawaii, transferred to the Seattle restaurant and travelled the US and Canada as a member of the corporate training team opening new restaurants and training newly hired staff. Married my husband, Alvaro, in 1999. In 2003, he in turn joined the Air Force. Life is a circle! We left beautiful Seattle for Grand Forks, North Dakota, where we spent 3 years. We are now in Germany, where he is stationed at Ramstein Air Base, where he just returned to after spending 6 months in the desert. We've been here for 2+ years, and have 2-6 more here.
