CHARLEVOIX—Funeral services for Russell F. Driggett, 55, of Rapid City former local resident, will be held Saturday, of at 1 p.m. at the Schwartz-Wolfe Funeral Home, 101 Cherry-st., Kalkaska. Interment is in Rapid City Cemetery.
He died Tuesday at the Munson Medical Center, in Traverse City where he had been a patient for the past four weeks.
Born in Charlevoix March 4, 1919 he attended Charlevoix schools. In 1939 he married the former Kathryn Underhill at Charlevoix and they moved to Rapid City to make their home. He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife; two sons; five daughters one brother, James D. Driggett of Charlevoix and two sisters, Mrs. Victor Bruce, of Charlevoix and Winterhaven, Fla. and Mrs. Howard Bennett, of Flint and Winterhaven, Fla.
