Jennifer Finley (Whitney) Class of 1981
Navy, 4 Years I served in the US Navy - First duty station Charleston South Carolina, on the USS Frank Cable (AS-40), transferred to San Diego California, and got out of Active Duty with an honorable discharge on July 1985, joined the reserves and discharged from the Navy Reserves after serving with the US Marines in 1995. Joined the National Guard in 1999, and discharged honorably on Dec 10 2001.

Marine Corps, 3 Years Entered Marine OCS in February, 1968. Commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in October, 1968. Served in Vietnam as infantry platoon leader with Company M, 3d Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, in 1968-69. Discharged from Marines in 1971.

Navy, 20+ Years Been with Navy (medical) both active and reserve since graduation. Returned to active in 2000 and looking to retire in 2014. I have been assigned to the Marine Corps for most of my career.

Navy, 20+ Years Rode big gray ships for 10 years... the found my calling with the Navy Special Forces where I drove high speed boats for the U.S. Navy Seals for my last 11 years
Mitchell Monroe Class of 1973
Navy, 20+ Years I was stationed with VP19 at Moffett Field CA. Made several deployments to Phillippines and Japan with them. I then transferred to SWFPAC in Bango WA. SWFPAC was involved with the production and security of nuclear missiles for the Trident subs. I then transferred to NAS Whidbey Island and was assigned to various VAQ and VA squadrons. I made over 8 cruises to the Med, Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans in support of Navy operations over the years including Desert Shield and Desert Storm. I retired in 1993 at the rate of YNC (E-7)
