Favorite School Memory	Fond memories of my favorite teachers: Mr. Getman, Mr. Pelcher, Mr. Hayes, Mr. Doris, Mr. Lindenmayer, Mr. Spurchise and Mrs. Goodfellow. Mr. Banas was also very encouraging re: my artistic endeavors.
About Me	Started a band with Ken Myers and Ed Vanderwater (class of '64) the night of '62 Senior Prom, played together for 15 yrs. (began as rock, later country, and eventually all types of music for all types of audiences). Drummer and lead singer. Toured NYS and Canada, playing venues such as Three Rivers Inn. Wrote a newspaper column, also record reviews, celebrity interviews and feature articles for various national magazines in Chicago, New York and Nashville. Voting member, Country Music Association awards, 1979-1990. Played 4 yrs. of semi-pro baseball in the State League, 1966-69, won a state championship in 1968. Joined Syracuse Men's Senior Basball League in 1990, played for Syracuse Yankees 1990-96. Served 5 terms as league president. Returned to play again in 2008 w/ Syracuse Bombers. Currently player/manager of Syracuse Dodgers in MSBL. Served on MDA Stadium Committee, 1993-97, to get new stadium to replace MacArthur Stadium in Syracuse (Alliance Bank Stadium). Final LA project prior to retirement was to design the new turf field at ABS, which replaced the artificial turf that was there for 11 seasons. As a member of the MSBL, have been able to play on this field on many occasions. Voted "best field in minor league baseball" by the players at the triple A level. Proud to call this my contribution to posterity. Recently completed my first novel, 'Bulldog in Blue' (fiction/mystery) and hope to have it published soon.
