Conventional Attack Carrier stationed on the Atlantic Seaboard and He made 3 Mediterranean Cruises between 1969, 1970 & 1971... His position aboard the Carrier was an AOA/E3 and after a short period of time the Air Boss transferred him to the Primary Flight Control Tower, where he switched rates, and he became an ATC3,, Air Traffic Controller 3rd class, until he was Honorably Discharged from his last duty ststion @ NAS OCEANA, Naval Air Station Virginia Beach, VA. in Dec 1972

Navy Musician and Chief Petty Officer. I retire in June of 2009 and we'll be moving back home, hopefully right back to Sand Springs. Looking forward to getting my two boys around their grandparents for more than a couple of times a year. Played some great spots in Navy Jazz and Rock Bands: Russia, Australia, Azores, Canada, Mt. Rushmore, Key West, Grand Central Station, Lincoln Center, and Times Square to name a few. It's been an honor to serve with great Musicians who serve their country with their great musical talents.
