Favorite School Memory	So many great times-so many good friends-playing with my band Moonfire at concerts with all the students there dancing, and the Greatest Light Show On Earth in the back-ground. About Me	I have spent 3 months exploring the Mayan ruins of Yucatan in 1972 as well as diving the Yucatan coast then. In College Hawaii I was involved in several research programs in marine biolgy that made a difference-one of the Research grants I was awarded eventually studied the underwater regions of the Big Island of Hawaii to preseve as Under water Marine Parks-and the state later set 3 of these areas aside as Marine Parks. I discovered the Hawaiian Garden Eel (along with a freind). I went to Europe in Jan 76 and spent 7 months of prolonged Transcendental Meditation and recieved instruction on how to teach meditation from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. I've taught Meditation for a couple years after that. I went to Medical School at the University of South Dakota. I did my residency in Psychiatry at the University of Hawaii and at Southern Illinois University where I was Chief Resident in my final year. Pri...(read more)
