About Me	I married my High School sweetheart Joe, and we just celebrated our 25th anniversary in January. We have 3 amazing kids, a wonderful son-in-law and daughter-in-law, and our first grandchild. Jenna and Bill had their son John William on February 8th, 2011. He was diagnosed with gastroschisis at about 20 weeks during Jenna's pregnancy. This means that he had a hole in his abdomen and his small intestines were outside of his body. We knew he would likely be small, and maybe early. After many prayers by our family, and so many others, John came into the world at 37 weeks weighing 4 pounds 4 ounces. He had surgery to repair his tummy when he was just about 1 week old. He is now doing wonderful and is growing like a weed! Jenna and Bill are amazing parents who have shown more strength than I think they ever knew they had! Brant and Angel married on June 4th, 2011. He is still serving in Germany until the end of October, so she will be joining him over there in August. After that he will be stationed at Travis AFB in California. It will be wonderful for these two kids to finally be together after spending so much time apart! Brant continues to do wonderfully in his Air Force job. He did some schooling last winter in South Carolina for APEX training. He is the youngest man in the entire Air Force to go through this training. He also spent some time in Spain before coming home for the wedding. Daryn completed basic training in February, then tech school in May. He got a great job as a Crew Chief in Aerospace Maintenance. He graduated at the top of his class! After enjoying some home time, and standing up as his brother's best man, he'll be moving on to MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida. I think he's gonna love it there! I quit my third shift job at Marathon Cheese when it came time for Jenna to go back to work. I'm now watching my adorable grandson everyday for the summer. This fall I'm going to be joining my hubby in the truck. We've spent so much time apart over the years, now it's our time to make some of that up. We've been talking about this for some time, and now that the kids are all on their own this seems to be the right time. He jokes that he's gonna hang me a hammock in the trailer with a bucket, but we'll see about that! LOL I'm looking forward to making trips with him to Florida, California, and back to good ole' Wisconsin to see our babies! And hopefully that Harley will be right along with us! I just turned 45 years old, I've earned every gray hair, every wrinkle, every ache and pain in this half used up body, but lordy how I'm looking forward to using up the other half!
