| About Me | Thanks to one of my FB friends for posting this: Happiness is the result of your decision to be happy. There is no way to happiness, it is the way. In other words, happiness is a feeling you tap in to, not an outcome of events. You can be happy without changing anything in your life except your relationship to your thinking. You decide to be happy & commit yourself to making happiness your state of mind rather than relying on a set of circumstances to do that for you.... Take time to live, love, and learn. Learning is lifelong no matter how much you think you already know. Live and let live. Learn to let go. You will be happier for it. I support our Veterans. Public Health is near and dear to my heart. Gas drilling is currently threatening our way of life as we know it and everything I hold dear to my heart. Many do not understand or have not read the current research in terms of how it might threaten our very existence and health. I am motivated by my family, my work and my love of knowledge. Preserving our quality of life is important to me. Politics is ever changing depending on the signs of the times.
