About Me	1984 Graduate of Central High School Elkader, Iowa. Joined U.S. Army 1 August, 1984. Stationed at Ft. Sill, OK 1985-1988. Married Linda June 1, 1985. Sean was born 16 June 1987. Left Army 1988. Attended LTI in Des Moines 1988-1989. Received AAS degree in automotive/desiel technology. Reenlisted in the U.S. Army 6 August 1989-30 April 2006. Nick was born 14 Feb 1990. During my army career we were stationed at Ft Riley(1989) Italy(1990-1993) Ft Hood(1993-1996)(Tour in Kuwait 1994) Attended the WOCC course and was pinned as a Warrant Officer June 6, 1996. Stationed at Ft Sill(1996-July 2000), New Orleans (July 2000-June 2002, working with Army Reserve/National Guard component as an active duty leader/trainer. Assignment as a Direct Support Senior maintenance technician @ Ft Riley KS. Returned in 22 March 04 from a year long deployment to Baghdad, Iraq. Deployed 31 Jan for second tour in Iraq and was badly injured in a HMMWV roll over. Medically retired after 22 years in the army 30 April 2006. Married 36 years to Linda(Registered Nurse).
