About Me | Life is not measured by the breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away. Heavenly Father, walk through this house, take away all my worries, any illnesses, please watch over and heal my family, and comfort me, my family AND my friends. This prayer is so powerful and watch what He will do! Worry is a waste of imagination. Don't mistake Kindness for Weakness! The Girl you just called fat? She has been starving herself & has lost over 30lbs. The Boy you just called stupid? He has a learning disability & studies over 4hrs a night. The Girl you just called ugly? She spends hours putting makeup on hoping people will like her.The Boy you just tripped? He is abused enough at home. There's a lot more to people than you think. Put this as your status if you're against bullying. You can shed tears that he is gone, or you can smile because he has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that he'll come back, or you can open your eyes and see all he's left. Your heart can be empty because you can't see him, ...or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday, or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. Success is failure turned inside out; The silver tint of the clouds of doubt; And you can never tell how close you are It may be near when it seems so far; So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit- It's when things go wrong that you must not quit. When things go wrong as they sometimes will; When the road you're trudging seems all uphill; When the funds are low, and the debts are high And you want to smile, but have to sigh; When care is pressing you down a bit- Rest if you must, but do not quit. Leslie Haskell A true friend doesn't care when you are broke, what you weigh, if you don't see them for months, if your house is a mess, what you drive, about your past, or if your family is filled with crazy people. Your conversations pick up where they left off, even if you've been months apart. They LOVE you.....for who you are. Re-post if you have at lea...(read more) |
