Retired from the U.S. Navy as a E-8 Machinist Mate in 1995 with over 22 years of service in Nuclear Power Submarines, all of which were SSBN's (Ballistic Missile) submarines. My whole Navy career I was stationed at the Submarine Base located in Groton, Ct.
