About Me | I am me...deal with it. I live for my church and all of the wonderful people there. I don't know what I would do without all of those people. I'm so very glad to be apart of a parish like St. Margaret Mary where I can go back anytime and be welcomed. I'm also very happy to have met some great new friends from other churches around the Austin area and hope that those friendships grow by the grace of God. : D I'm so grateful that I met so many wonderful people on Bobcat Awakening and that I have a "family" to go to when I need anything. I feel more grounded in my faith than I have ever been before and it's all because of these people and I thank them for that. I have a degree in Mathematics and absolutely love all kinds of math. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to become a counselor. It's a change that I have felt needed to happen and I am very happy about it. I love to write, both poetry and books. In fact, I'm in the middle of writing a book now; make that two books. I know it may sound crazy, but when you have a passion for something you run with it. I'm kinda, just a little, well maybe obsessed, with vampires. I've loved them for basically my entire life. I don't know what my fascination with them is, I just LOVE them. When I'm reading, it's usually a book about vampires. Yes, I am that obsessed. You can ask my friends, they'll tell you that I tell them all the time, if I ever met a vampire, I would probably fall instantly in love and let him turn me into a vampire. I'm pretty obsessed and you may think I'm weird, but I guarantee you, there are weirder people out there. I adore chrysanthemums. I don't know why, they are just so beautiful to me. : ) I'm a pretty accident prone person. I trip/fall both down and UP the stairs. I don't know how it happens, it just does. I'm always prepared. I guess that's what happens when you are certified in first-aid and CPR. I wonder what will happen if I'm the one who needs the help??? I LOVE watching baseball and hockey not only for the guys, but for the love of the game, too. They are interesting sports if you actually understand ithem and get into them. My friends are my life and I would be nothing without them. I wouldn't be the person I am today without them. Without them, I would be a completely different person. They are super amazing and I can talk to them about anything. : ) Don't EVER make fun of me for loving Tinkerbell, it's kind of an obsession. I am Irish, so I do have a bit of a temper, so if you do decide to make fun of me for anything, don't expect to get off easy. I may se...(read more) |
