My little sister attended CVHS until 1977 then my family moved to the Delta. She missed CVHS and all her friends and came back to visit as much as she could. She was killed by a drunk driver after a day at the beach and it was the worst day of my life! I would love to hear from her friends (Julie Mulhern, B.D., Kelly, CoCo, Laura . . . . . all her friends from CV before she moved.)

Lori was my best friend during our summers in Bethel Island Delta Resort. So many memories. I had the biggest crush on her boyfriend Chris. I ran into him yrs ago. He recognized me but not by name. All he talked about was Lori. Her family was wonderful made me feel like I was a part of them. She was taken way too soon. I will always have a special place in my heart for her.

Lori was my best friend growing up, as she lived near me and was at my house almost ever day from my age of 7 until around 13, when I went to high school. My mom considered her part of our family. Mom still has the note written by her mom that gives my mom permission to take care of her during our travels together should medical attention be needed. We traveled to Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, and so many adventures.... real and make believe. We climbed trees (I fell out and broke my arm), we put on show for our friends and all the neighbors singing and dancing. Lori was in a musical with me.
