Army, 8 Years
6 years active duty. Serving at Fort Gordon, GA; awarded as the Fort Gordon Soldier of the Year. Johnston Atoll, Fort McClellan, AL, Fort Drum, NY; Honduras, Central America; WO Darby, Feurth Germany.
After discharge in 1992 we moved to Virginia and I joined the VA National Guard for 2 years.

Served on active duty 1984-1987 with a tour in Kaiserslautern, Germany: Army Reserves 1988-2009, Activated for Operation Desert Shield/Storm, and 2002-2003, 2006-2007 in support of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Washington DC, and National Ground Intelligence Agency (NGIC), Charlottesville, Virginia. Served as Sergeant-Major of 2100 Military Intelligence Group, based at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
