Army, 20+ Years
Joined the military as an Army nurse in 1987, commissioned as a Second Lieutenant.
First Lientenant - 1989
Captain - 1992
Major - 1998
Lieutenant Colonel - 2005
Colonel - 2009
Deployed during Desert Storm 1990-1991.
A second mobilization in 2006-2007 for Operation Noble Eagle in support of Iraq and Afghanistan, to case manage the injured troops returning from overseas.
Currently my rank is Colonel; I am the Deputy Commander for the Wisconsin Medical Detachment out of Madison, WI.
