Judy was the widow of Earl Clark.. Survivors include: Two daughters: Rhonda and (David) Mann of Liberty and Teresa Barnes of Surprise, NY. Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday September 20th, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 4:00 P.M. Wednesday September 20th, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Jimmy Brown officiating. Burial will be in the Rich Hill Cemetery.
