Now a 100% Disabled Navy Retired Veteran. Served in the U.S. Submarine Force. (1982-88)
Honorably Discharged serving aboard 2 Fleet-Ballistic Missile Submarines ("BOOMERS"). I was a Sonar Technician, received my Dolphins, Patrol Pin and other medals and ribbons. LOVED IT!!

Enlisted 1980, began as a military police officer, cross trained to defense visual informaton, traveled the world visiting 59 countries and every continent on earth. Worked with every President since 1980, many congressional members, senior military officers and numerous hollywood and music stars. Served during nine conflicts including Grenada, Panama, Haiti, Somalia, Desert Storm and much more. (3) Meritorious Service Medals, (3) Air Force Commendation Medals, (6) Air Force Achievement Medals, Military Outstanding Volunteer Medal and several more. Great military career, very rewarding. Now very active as a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States.

Over 4000 hours of flight time on E-3 aircraft and KC-135 Tankers, several 707 variations. Currently flying for UPS as an International Cargo Pilot.

Received my draft notice so I enlisted in 1972 and was honorably discharged in 1977. Spent one year stateside and three years overseas in Europe, mostly Germany. It was a privilege to serve. I have a lot of good memories. It was an experience I think every 19 yr. old should have.
