About Me	My son put it great: "We may be weird but at least we're not normal!" I've lived my whole life up and down the beautiful Wenatchee valley. I was brought up with strong old world morals, values, and dicipline. I was sheltered, overprotected and kept from who and what I really am. I have made a lot of mistakes and been down a lot of bumpy roads to find out who that is, and she keeps getting better so I guess that's what counts. I've had it rough, but I put a lot of it on myself. Supposedly, I only have one judge, and believe me, I am my worst critic, even if it doesn't show. I just know how to forgive, forget, and seize the moment before it's gone. My plans never seem set in stone because you never know what's going to happen. I haven't found true happiness yet, even though I have experienced what I thought was a few times. I am not at ease and stress is a constant factor but at the same time I am not worried because I look around and see how blindly people live and how so many go without so much more than me. I don't just stop and smell the roses, I smell the whole garden. I enjoy the simple things in life. I am not glamourous or foofy. Those who knew me as a tomboy would see the same thing now. I work on cars and get greasy, and rarely wear makeup. I have a heart of gold and get along with almost everybody. I'm a listener and a watcher before I'm a talker and watched.
