About	Dorothy Ann (Munsch) Wilkin of Kelsey, Calif., passed away in the early hours of Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015, after a brief illness. She was 63. Dorothy was born on June 17, 1952 in Bismarck, N.D. She grew up on a farm near Baldwin, N.D. In 1968, after the passing of her mother, she moved to California to live with her sister. In 1970, she graduated from Casa Roble High School of Orangevale, Calif. Shortly after graduating, she married her husband, William Wilkin, on July 11, 1970. After 20 years of being an at-home mom and sometimes working in retail at various stores, Dorothy went back to school and graduated from Sierra College’s Nursing Program in 2000, becoming a Registered Nurse. She worked at Marshall Hospital for more than 25 years, and her last 15 years were as a nurse. Dorothy’s favorite pastimes were being a grandmother, crocheting, reading various books (her favorite was the Holy Bible), attending her church faithfully (where she loved and was loved by all of the members) and watching the San Francisco Giants with her husband, her sons and their families. Dorothy was preceded in death by her father, Emil Munsch; mother, Emma Serr; sister, Maxine Zuroff; and brother, Elmer Munsch. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, William Wilkin; her sister, Marylyn McRay of Wichita, Kansas; her four sons, Frederick, William, James and Joshua; two daughters-in-law, Mavis Young and Kira Schonert; and 11 grandchildren, Kathleen, Vincent, Nathan, Hannah, Isaac, Gabriel, Jayden, Noah, Dylan, Mariah and Mackenzie, with a 12th on the way. A memorial service will be held for Dorothy on Nov. 14 at 10:30 a.m., at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, 7150 Wildwood Place in Granite Bay, Calif.
