CARRIE HIGGINS Of Orangevale, CA, Junior at Casa Roble High School. Born 12/14/86. Taken suddenly from us in an accident on 12/23/03 and is now in the arms of our Heavenly Father. Loving daughter of Mike and Kim; sister to Emily, Brian, and Kevin. Granddaughter of Duane and Bonnie Shipley (Yuba City), and Esther Higgins (Florida). Niece of Brent Shipley, Christie and Jody Wood, Nanette and Rick Singler, LaQuitta Higgins, and Ron Higgins. Also survived by many cousins. Was a friend to anyone who knew her. True believer and active member of the LDS church. Artist, soccer player; loved movies, music, and being with family and friends.
