About	Megan passed away as the result of an auto accident along with her two friends Kristina Blake and Carmel Lea. The three inseparable best friends died Sunday morning Aug. 8, 2004, on Interstate 80 near Loomis when their car went out of control and struck a tree. all three had been drinking at the time of the accident.
