Cherished father of Scott (Marilyn) Lowerison and Victoria (Michael) Spicer. Grandfather of Elizabeth, Maggie and Tristan. Brother of Donald Green. Norm never met a stranger and wanted joy in celebration of life. Friends are invited to attend services Friday 2:30PM with full military honors at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd., Dixon, CA). We ask in celebration of Norm's life, that you wear joyful colors wherever you are at that time.
