About	Roseville Public Cemetery, Roseville, CA Published in The Sacramento Bee on July 25, 2015 A dedicated and loving husband, father, and grandfather, David passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at his home in Roseville, California at the age of 63. Born in Pasadena, his family relocated to Orangevale, where he attended Casa Roble High School before joining the U.S. Air Force as an air conditioning and refrigeration specialist. After 4 years of service, he left the service and attended CSU Sacramento, attaining his degree in business accounting. He worked for 25 years as an auditor at the U.S. Departments of the Interior and the Treasury, and 11 years as a programmer and analyst for IRS International. A musician, entrepreneur, fisherman, and handyman, David was a true jack of all trades. He was a man who never left a job unfinished, who laughed and made others laugh often, and whose incredible presence will be deeply missed. David is survived by his wife Jennifer; his daughters Jessica Brown, Stephanie Lindsay, Catarina Smith, and Claire Smith; 4 grandchildren; siblings Lonna Scherwin and Thomas Smith; and many friends. A memorial service will be held at the Roseville Cemetery on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
