Older brother to Jeff and Steve Goin, husband to Tracy Goin for 30 years, father to Rachel, Sarah, Rebekah, Michealah, and Abigail, father-in-law to Shilah Goin, grandfather to Ezekiel, Kiley, and Azariel Goin, and hero, mentor and friend to first born and only son Kiel Goin. His memorial service will be held Saturday February 9, 2 p.m. at Zion Reformed Church, 105 S. Ham Lane in Lodi, California.
