(it did not simply 'dawn" on me until YOU stated when YOU where WIDOWED AND THE YEAR "CLICKED" IN MY "WEIRD HEAD" (weird as I have stayed off cancer!!/toxic exposure due to fighting in those "shit hole" countries (I did a full, "25" years, then Med ret. at my highest rank of Field-Grade, "Major" (who would have "thought", huh?? but the Army does not discriminate against bravery or toughness under 'combat"). rambling now, but had to "document" that i remember her, Vera.
