About Me	Joined the army after graduation, 1974 - 1977. After leaving the army, I accepted a position at the VA in Memphis, Tennessee. Worked at six VA Medical Centers in senior management positions, before transferring to VA Central Office in 1992. Retired in 2011 as the Deputy Director of Policy.
