Alumni Stories
Cynthia Cooke Taylor
Class of 1974
Cynthia made the days at Carolina fun for everyon with whom she came in contact! She was witty and beautiful-inside and out!! She was always the kind of friend that anyone would be proud to call "best friend," even through those trying teenage years, moods, and "baggage!"
She was in the Pep Club, the Spanish Club, and was president of the Student Coucil and Civinettes during our tenure at deal CHS! Cynthia finished Clemson with a Nursing Degree, a BA, and then returned to school, soon after the death of her father, whom we ALL loved so much, to become a Methodist minister. She continues to spread joy and blessings wherever she goes.
We had the COOLEST class, and, of course, I speak from a biased perspective!! We all love Carolina High! We all share the wonderful memories of those fabulous teachers who were such inspirations to us. Our successes are due, in part, to the closeness we share and the teachers who cared. Cynthia is one especially shining example of this.
