Year of graduation is 1986.Has first name "Rex" and can not make out last name,but looks like it says "Scradd"? engraved inside.It has a wildcat on one side and on the other side has a windmill in the center with an ear of corn on one side and wheat on other.Has a blue stone,and it looks like a "shield" in center of the stone.
