Joe passed away on his 45th anniversary leaving behind his wife Carol and 3 children; Barbara, Joseph and Robert.

I was new to the school, riding Bus 9, I sat next to Joe. He helped in the transition to a new school system, as we talked almost every day.
This must have had an impact, because 67 years later, I still remember.
