About Me	I've been a Christian since 1981, originally as a Protestant. But with SO many differing theological views on just about EVERY topic, I was always refining or changing my views and understanding. Until I finally found the One True Holy Orthodox Church. My wife and I, and our youngest daughter were brought into the Church through Chrismation on Holy Saturday (April 10) in 2004. My son also became Orthodox 2 years later. My oldest daughter thinks the whole thing is rather crazy and hasn't converted (we taught her well as a Protestant!). She has recently graduated from Law School AND passed the California AND Pennsylvania State Bars. We are SOOO proud of her. In 2005 I became the choir director at our parish (St. Innocent, Tarzana, CA - OCA). In 2006 I was tonsured a Reader (Reader John) by Bishop Benjamin (Diocese of the West - OCA).
