Christy Ann Box was born Jan. 2, 1979, in Roswell, N.M. to Claude E. and Sheran A. (Williams) Sims. She graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1997. Christy married Radell Box on July 4, 1997, in Carlsbad. She worked for Stoller in several areas, most recently as a computer analyst. Christy was also a bookkeeper for their family business. She was a long time member of Emmanuel Gospel Church. Most importantly, Christy loved being a wife and mom.
