About Me	Joined the Navy 1959 and served aboard aircraft carrier and submarine duty before going to Nuclear Power school. Competed and won a slot in the Navy Enlisted Scientific Education Program (NESEP) Attended University of Utah majored in metallurgical engineering. Went to OCS got a commission . Served aboard destroyers, cruisers and one year on patrol boats Vietnam. Taught Naval Engineering at Penn State and received my masters in engineering.
