Frank Downs is missing and presumed dead after a house fire in Nicaragua. There as part of a humanitarian relief effort, Downs entered a burning village home in an effort to save a small child trapped inside. While the child escaped unharmed thanks to Downs' efforts, he never came out and is presumed to have perished. Rest in peace.
