| About Me | Hello all fellow classmates. Just wanted to stay in touch and say hello. Trying to reconnect with all classmates young and old. I am currently living in Moore, OK with husband and two children. I am working as a contract trainer for surrounding schools and train legally blind veterans on a special computer software and devices. I went to England right after graduation with foreign exchange student Darron Rush. I got to experience British life for about a month. I also just about starved over there. The McDonald's hamburgers tasted awfull. I lived on fries, brussel sprouts, and beer. Yes! Beer! Being 19 years of age I could drink in Englands pubs. How awesome was that? Awesom! After getting home I went to UCO on a cheerleading scholarship and graduated with an Oral Comm. Degree in Education. Basically meaning I could teach Speech/Drama. Did I do that; NO! The Lord led me down a different path of adult training. So I worked for New Horizon's computer learning center for a couple of years. Then got back in to the school districts of Putnam City and Moore. It's funny because I trained a couple of MID-DEL teachers and they were shocked that I was there instructor. I didn't really understand why? They did do a good job of teaching me. I said. Now I started my own company called Edu-Tours LLC and love working from home. I meet my husband through Jeff Williams by setting me up on a blind date with a Sean Childers of Del City. We dated then 13months later got married. No, I did not marry TMcGuire. Since then we have been building a life together and have added children to the madness. Really is lots of fun and what a blessing they are. Well I miss Carl Albert High School, the teachers, the closeness we all had as classmates. We really were a good group!!! Have you seen the school now it is changed so much.
