WEST VALLEY CITY/PRICE - Paul Luke Udink, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2023.
He was born on June 3, 1961, in Price, Utah to Eugene Joseph and Vivian Pappas Udink.
Paul, AKA Dink, will be remembered for his amazing facial hair and beautiful personality. Dink was such a loving and caring person. He lived life to the fullest and was always the life of the party! Everyone who knew him had fun stories filled with laughter. Dink will live on forever in all our memories!
He is survived by his sons and daughter, Johnathan Paust, 39, and his wife Ruby (daughter, Ashton), Derik Udink, 35, and his wife Natasha (kids, Emberlynn, Tristan and Aiden), and Shannon Williams, 32, and her husband Waylon (daughter, Fleury).
Memorial graveside service, with full military honors, was Saturday, September 16, 2023, Cliffview Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price and Huntington.
