About Me	I graduated from Boise State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in December 2003. I am a lead mechanical engineer and design manager at http://www.CH2M.com, a global consulting and full service engineering company. I work on projects ranging from hydro power plants to 20 year energy studies. The work is challenging and gives opportunity to travel. My most recent trip was to South Korea. I also am the founder and owner of a national real estate lead generation company http://www.ExpertHomeOffers.com. We connect motivated home seller with real estate investors across the nation. As you can see I dabble in a little in real estate. I started purchasing properties at age 24. I now wholesale, retail and lease option many homes each year.
