| About Me | I attended BYU on scholarship, graduating with my BA in Accounting. After many great relationships, I reconnected with one of my best friends from my high school days - Tom Cheney. We were married in May 1975. I graduated from BYU in April 1976 as a new mother. We returned to Boise for one year where I worked with my father in his CPA Firm, then went north to Moscow, ID where Tom completed his schooling, receiving a Masters in Plant Pathology/Chemistry. Tom's work opportunities have enabled us to travel the world. We have lived in Pittsburg, PA; San Francisco, CA Area; and Charlotte, NC. I have been able to work with several great companies and firms using my accounting, process improvement and management skills. I have served on several Boards, including the Board of UNCC representing entrepreneurs. Tom and I established a business in 2010, Strategic Assessments, Inc. We are able to utilize the skills and experiences we have gathered over the years to help companies and their management teams navigate through change.
