| About Me | I lived in Southern California for most of my life but I've been in Manchester for the past 8 years. For as long as I can remember I've wanted to be an Astronomer and have an interest in galaxy formation theory and pulsars. I hope to do my PhD work at Jodrell Bank Radio Observatory and eventually secure a research position there. Aside from all that I am an eccentric who loves her friends dearly. I met my husband when he lived next door to my student house in 2006 and now we're married and have a lovely baby called Evelyn and a brilliant dog called Dragon. Dragon and I compete in Agility and won our first rosettes in March 2012 (hopefully the first of many). Our first competition with Evelyn as a spectator is on August 26 after a 5 month hiatus.
