About Me	I, Shannon Council, began my business, "Caught in the Cookie Jar," in 1999. I was catering for weddings and functions, creating new designed wedding cakes and adding new tricks to old recipies. My business have evovled over the years from caterting 50 people to now catering for 650 people. My first function was cooking for the church, then for the family, afterthat for the community, and until I broadened my view on catering to catering for anyone who needs a caterer who doesn't mind lending a helping hand...all for a great. Unlike others, I don't believe in buying food from resturants and the catering it! I have great confidence in my cooking and use mine own recipies and techniques to accomplish a well deserved meal for my clientes. I love cooking and seeing people satisfied in what I love to do. I have catered for organizations such as: Evangelical House of God, Picerne Military Housing, General Dynamics (Military), Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville Technical Community College, and many, many, more! I cater for Private Parties, Weddings, (small/large) Organizations, Churches, Home Visits, Outdoor Events, Meetings, and any other thing you can think of, I do it.
