Taco Bar (marinated chicken, seasoned ground beef, sirloin, pork carnitas, vegetables, refried beans, Mexican rice, hard and soft taco shells, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese)
Signature House Salad (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, queso fresco and pickled onions - served with tequila lime vinaigrette)
Chicken Baby Chimis (lightly fried mini chimichangas filled with seasoned chicken and cheese - served with sour cream)
Fajita Bar (grilled chicken or steak, Guadalajara steak, Baja shrimp, chipotle BBQ chicken or steak, grilled vegetables, black or refried beans, Mexican rice, sautéd onions and peppers, soft flour tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese)
Churros (traditional Mexican fried dough rolled in cinnamon and sugar - served with honey or chocolate)
