About Me	So you're here because you're wondering about who I am and what I do. I am a trained veterinary assistant/ tech by experience for the last 12 years. I am employed full-time as a vet assistant. I am a mommy to a boy who I love and adore. In my spare time, which is hard to find between work and family, I enjoy baking and cake decorating. I have over 10 years experience cake decorating for friends, family and clients. There have been many times I get asked if I still take orders for my custom cakes, and the answer is YES! I just have very specific guidelines when taking on an order due to my home life and work schedule, which my not allow me to take on an order at any given time. Due to the high quality and time sensitive product I strive to offer, orders are taken for 50 servings but not less than 30 servings on a first come, first serve basis. I need at least 2 weeks advance notice prior to the date needed. Please if you know sooner, do not hesitate to contact me! I can not take on an order for any cake with less than 2 weeks notice. A few bits of information that you will need to provide me with in order to give you a quote is: 1. Date cake will be needed 2. Theme, if any 3.
