In January 2001, I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Organizational Studies as my major. I am married to Oscar Mayes, Jr. who graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion. We were married in Minneapolis Minnesota and have three children, two boys and one girl. We were blessed to have had the opportunity to travel while my husband was employed as a Buyer with the Naval Resale System Our oldest son graduated from Vanderbilt University, played professional football, and returned to Vanderbilt where he is currently employed as a systemÃƒï¿½Ã¯Â¿Â½Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¢Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¯Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¿Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â½Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¯Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¿Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â½s engineer. He, his wife, daughter and two sons live in Nashville Tennessee. Our second son attended a local college and sought a career in the financial industry where he is currently employed as a Loan Expediter with a national firm. He, his wife, two sons and a daughter live in Land OÃƒï¿½Ã¯Â¿Â½Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¢Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¯Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¿Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â½Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¯Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¿Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â½Lakes, Florida. Our daughter is an Assistant Manager of a local restaurant. She, her husband, and two daughters live in Tampa, Florida. My career has included Research Assistant in Entomology at Cornell University, Director of a Child Development Center while I attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis Minnesota, Early Childhood Education teacher at Port Hueneme California Naval Base, Port Hueneme, California, Customer Service Specialist at San Diego Gas and Electric in San Diego, California, and retired as a Social Service Administrator for Tampa Electric Company, Tampa Florida. Immediately after I retired from the corporate world, I became and entrepreneur as an Event Planner and at the same time I returned to the classroom as a substitute teacher in the county school system. However, teaching did not fulfill my retirement needs and the depressed economy affected the success of the Event Planning business. Subsequently, I have found a rewarding retirement career; I am a Mary Kay Cosmetics Independent Beauty Consultant. I enjoy the opportunity to demonstrate and educate men and women regarding their skin care needs. I chose Mary Kay Cosmetics because the companyÃƒï¿½Ã¯Â¿Â½Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¢Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¯Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¿Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â½Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¯Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¿Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â½s philosophy is in line with my beliefsÃƒï¿½Ã¯Â¿Â½Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¢Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¯Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¿Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â½Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¯Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â¿Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â½God first, family second, and career third.
