Served 4 years active duty. Three years aboard USS Oriskany CVA 34, two WESPAC cruises to Viet Nam, 8 months NAS Norfolk. 19 years in reserves and retired in 2005 as Chief Aviation Ordanceman

Served as a US NAVY Supply Corps Officer onboard three ships: USS WASHBURN (AKA 108), USS INGERSOLL (DD652) and USS SAVANNAH (AOR 4). Served three tours of duty in Hawaii, two tours in San Diego, CALF and the remainder my service in the in Norfolk, VA area.
