Marine Corps, 14 Years
I joined the United States Marine Corps in July 1995 and began Recruit Training at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Ca. in October 1995. I am currently on active duty. I have been an Infantryman for the entire 14 years and am currently the rank of Gunnery Sergeant. I have deployed and conducted combat operations in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

I joined the United States Marine Corps in July 1995 and began Recruit Training at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Ca. in October 1995. I am currently on active duty. I have been an Infantryman for the entire 14 years and am currently the rank of Gunnery Sergeant. Served 12 years as a Nuclear Machinist Mate on three different submarines, the USS G.P. Lipscomb, USS Michigan and USS San Francisco. I was stationed in Florida, New York, Virginia, Washington St. and Hawaii. I got to travel to Italy, France, Spain, Japan, Guam and Australia.

Joined the Marine Corps in August 1989, completing bootcamp in San Diego, CA. Assigned as a Forward Observer from 89-93, and later lat-moved into the Military Police Occupational Field. Duty Stations have included Okinawa Japan; 29 Palms, CA; Quantico, VA; and Washington, DC. Duties have included security duties for the Presidential Helicopter Squadron, Physical Security Director for the Marine Corps, and MBW Guard Chief responsible for training Marines assigned to Presidential Support Duties at Camp David, the White House Communicaiton Agency (WHCA), and the White House NCO Program. Will retire from the Marine Corps, after 20 years of active duty service, on 31 August, 2008.
