He has thirty eight years experience as a practicing scientist, with twenty-two of those years as a Research Scientist for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). For fifteen of his twenty two years with SAIC he served as a Project Manager and Principal Investigator. He worked for four years as an SAIC Division Manager – of the Weapon Systems and Analysis, and the Training Systems and Analysis Divisions – while simultaneously managing multiple research, development, test and evaluation contracts. He has been an SAIC Senior Research Scientist, Analyst, and Systems Integration Project Manager. He has twenty-six years experience successfully managing and completing United States federal government contracts, with ten years experience successfully managing firm fixed price contracts. He has twenty eight years experience in project management, administration, and high technology systems integration. For his last seven years with SAIC he led and supported US Department of Defense joint test and evaluation projects, including development of: data acquisition systems, field test data collection systems, data base management systems, data reduction tools, data analysis software, and analytic models.
