| About Me | Following High School I left College after 3 years to become a full time musician in a oldies band during the 50's revival of the early 70's (Grease, Happy Days, Sha-Na Na). I continued to be a full time musician, through the next few musical eras, for about 20 years- (oldies, Vegas show band, top 40, disco, new wave)- during that time I started purchasing rental properties to both hold and flip, and purchased land to build a couple of modular homes when that first became popular. I stopped playing full time in the Band in 1991 and relocated to Columbia SC to work as a regional property manager for a large Real Estate Company, and then in 1997 became President of WHH Trice & Co. a family owned real estate management and development Company in Williamsburg VA , a position I have held for 22 years. In addition I am a partner in my own real estate management company -Cambridge Management of Southwest Florida in Naples FL. During this time my original Band- The Dazzling Del-Rays has continued to play part time (50 years and counting), and have a home base in Naples (Dazzlingdelrays.com and Dazzling Del-Rays Facebook) - I am married (3rd times the charm)with 6 children/stepchildren and 11grandchildren (that's why I am still working so hard) Looking forward to seeing everyone at our 50th reunion (Oct 15th, 16th, and 17th 2021).
