About Me	I've spent the last 22 years travelling around the world working for an engineering company, and have lived in Japan ( Tokyo & Osaka ), Hong Kong, PRC mainland China ( Guangzhou & Macao ), Kuala Lumpur, Florida ( Orlando ), and California. I have a great fascination with Asia, and I love the food. The world is a small place when you realize just how similar our cultures are in terms of personal values. I have survived 4 earthquakes over 7.3 magnitude, and countless typhoons including the one that wiped out Baguio in the Philippines a few years ago.
