About Me	I have been married 22 years to Amy (Brown). I have 2 beautiful daughters, Cari (Charlotte, NC) and Shaela (Denver, CO). I was fortunate to retire in 2002 and move to the Gulf Coast beaches on the barrier island of Sand Key. I am a 10 time Ironman Triathlon Finisher, a member of the St. Pete Mad Dogs, and have 49 marathons completed. I am also a certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Consultant. Additionally, I am a SCUBA Instructor having logged over 1300 open water dives. I was blessed to dive the Galapagos Islands in 2008. October 2009 I traveled to Cairns and enjoyed live-aboad SCUBA diving on Australia's Great Barrier Reef. 2011 I dived Raja Ampat Islands, Indonesia. 2013 I was on a liveaboard diving the Sea of Cortez where I took video of 12 Whale Sharks, up to 40' long. We also witnessed hundreds of Humboldt Squid. December 2014 I dived the Sorocco Islands, 240 miles SE from the land (Cabo, MX). I took video of 24' wingspan Giant Oceanic Manta Rays. I am currently a USCG Auxiliary Certified Crewmember and Founder of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (CMA) Dive Team which is home to "Winter", the star of the movie Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2. I am also an active member of the Clearwater Audubon and FWC Volunteer. Favorite exercise includes CrossFit Clearwater, Pinellas Boot Camp and Yoga on the Beach (Indian Rocks Beach).
